This course provides an in-depth exploration of key industry topics, including the latest trends and best practices in customer experience management. Guest lectures from industry professionals, drawn from the University’s global network, offer valuable insights and networking opportunities.
The learning experience combines classroom lectures, field trips, company visits, and challenges such as the Santander Enterprise Challenge. Innovative tools like Virtual and Augmented Reality will further enhance understanding, particularly in the context of global tourism. Students will develop critical thinking and independent learning skills, while also gaining practical experience through work-based practice. The program allows flexibility, enabling students to choose assessments that best suit their learning preferences.
