This course equips students with the essential skills, knowledge, and experience to pursue a career in sports therapy. Participants will learn to assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletes with sports-related injuries or dysfunction, while also developing a strong scientific foundation.
In the first year, students build a comprehensive understanding of the core subjects supporting sports therapy and sport and exercise science, such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, research, and sports principles. The second year delves into sports injuries, manual therapy techniques, applied biomechanics, and advanced physiology. By the third year, the focus shifts to advanced and practical approaches for treating and managing sports injuries.
