Throughout the program, students will gain expertise in all aspects of property, including law, economics, valuation, and planning. Graduates will be equipped to advise on the development of commercial real estate and property investments across both private and public sectors. Entry Requirements

To apply for 3 year course, applicants will require the following:

  • a minimum of grades BBC in three A levels (or a minimum of 96 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification) or EU/Overseas high school diploma

  • English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade C (grade 4) or pass the University tests

English Language Requirements

English certificates equivalent to GCSE

  • IELTS Overall score required 6.0, and minimum 5.5 in each component

  • Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic with minimum 59 in each component

  • Cambridge C1 Advanced, formerly Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) – grade C and above

  • Cambridge C2 Proficiency, formerly Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) – grade C and above

  • LanguageCert International ESOL Exam B2 LRWS with minimum 33 in each component

  • TOEFL Overall score required 72, inlcuding Listening: 17, Reading: 18, Writing: 17, Speaking: 20
